All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply, supply only part of an order, or divide orders into multiple shipments.

All payments are processed securely through Paystack or Flutterwave. We do not store your payment information on our servers. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
Your payment will be processed at the time of order. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
We currently deliver to all 36 states in Nigeria. Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and order value. You can view delivery charges during checkout before completing your purchase.
All items purchased from VANGA are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Before filing any claim, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at disputes@vanga.ng. We will attempt to resolve the dispute internally as quickly as possible.
If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be finally settled by arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of VANGA.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Returns Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and VANGA regarding your use of our website and services, superseding any prior agreements.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
